วันที่ 27 กรกฎาคม 2566 วิเทศสัมพันธ์และสถาบันภาษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ – Language Institute of PCRU ได้จัดกิจกรรมการบรรยาย ในหัวข้อ “Lecture on the Importance of the TOEFL ITP” ให้แก่นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ และนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมปลาย โรงเรียนเพชรพิทยาคม ภายใต้โครงการติดตามการดำเนินงานศูนย์ทดสอบ TOEFL ITP ตามมาตรฐานของสถาบันการศึกษานานาชาติ (IIE)
กิจกรรมในช่วงเช้าวันนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์สพลเชษฐ์ ประชุมชัย ผู้ช่วยอธิการบดีฝ่ายวิเทศสัมพันธ์ เป็นประธานในการกล่าวต้อนรับวิทยากร Dr. Francis Chan the TOEFL ITP Specialist ตัวแทนจาก Institute of International Education Inc. (IIE) และตัวแทนนักศึกษาจากคณะครุศาสตร์ และมนุษยศาสตร์และสังคมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์
และในช่วงบ่ายได้รับเกียรติจาก นายวิเศษ ปิ่นพิทักษ์ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนเพชรพิทยาคม เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดกิจกรรมการบรรยาย ณ หอประชุมดอกแก้ว โรงเรียนเพชรพิทยาคม
โดยวัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดโครงการในครั้งนี้ เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ ที่มีความพร้อมในการเป็นแหล่งบริการด้านการสอบวัดความรู้ทางภาษาอังกฤษด้วยข้อสอบมาตรฐาน TOFEL ITP แก่นักเรียน นักศึกษา ครูอาจารย์ บุคลากรของหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน และบุคคลที่สนใจทั่วไป ตามมาตรฐานการเป็นศูนย์ทดสอบมาตรฐานของสถาบันการศึกษานานาชาติ (IIE) และศูนย์บริการแบบทดสอบทางการศึกษา ETS (Educational Testing Service) ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และแนวทางการใช้ข้อสอบให้นักเรียน นักศึกษาได้นำไปใช้ในอนาคต พร้อมขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือทางการศึกษาและวิชาการ (MOU) ระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ กับโรงเรียนเพชรพิทยาคม ต่อไป

On July 27, 2023, the International Affairs and Language Institute of Phetchabun Rajabhat University (PCRU) held an orientation and language institute presentation on the topic “Lecture on the Importance of the TOEFL ITP” for university students and high school students from Phetpittayakom School. The event was organized under the supervision of the TOEFL ITP Testing Center, following the standards set by the Institute of International Education Inc. (IIE).
The morning session of the event was honored by Asst. Prof. Sapolachet Prachumchai, the Assistant President for Foreign Affairs, as the welcoming speaker for the guest lecturer, Dr. Francis Chan, the TOEFL ITP Specialist and representative from the Institute of International Education Inc. (IIE). Additionally, representatives from the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of Phetchabun Rajabhat University also attended the event.
In the afternoon session, Mr. Waset Pinpitak, the Director of Phetpittayakom School, presided over the opening ceremony of the presentation at Dok Kaeo Hall, Phetpittayakom School.
The objective of this program was to demonstrate the potential of Phetchabun Rajabhat University as a language testing service provider using the TOEFL ITP standard for students, learners, teachers, government and private sector personnel, and the general public. This is in line with the international testing center standards of the Institute of International Education Inc. (IIE) and Educational Testing Service (ETS) in the United States. The program aimed to create knowledge, understanding, and guidance on how to use the standardized test in the future, as well as promote educational and academic cooperation (MOU) between Phetchabun Rajabhat University and Phetpittayakom School going forward.
